Green Windows is about people meeting in an authentic way and walking away changed. We believe that by meeting people with whom we wouldn’t normally cross paths, we have an opportunity to change profoundly and become individuals more capable of creating and supporting a society without exclusion. To not be lost, this opportunity must be facilitated purposefully with intention and care.
Green Windows facilitates, with purpose, intention and care, the meeting of strangers by tapping into our most authentic creative selves.
“Green Windows: Writing Groups” began in 2008 from the founder’s experience as artist and activist and her training with the International ATD Fourth World Movement and Amherst Writers and Artists.
In 2017, after facilitating hundreds of creative writing workshops with diverse groups, Green Windows expanded to include the opportunity to employ the founder’s other skills and experience in training, facilitation and services for diverse groups as well as an apprenticeship program.
